It is an honor to have the opportunity to work with you throughout your journey. Together, we can explore factors that impact your mental and behavioral health. I use a collaborative treatment approach, which I tailor to you and your goals. I pride myself in creating a comfortable and nonjudgmental space and environment, while maintaining compassion.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, addiction, and other co-occurring mental health diagnoses that accompanies these. Evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques will be utilized throughout our sessions.
I received my B.A. in Psychology and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and have been within the mental health and substance abuse field for over seven years.
