At times, we all may need assistance navigating relationships, grief, trauma, codependency, or expectations. The hardest part is finding where to start. I tailor treatment to meet your specific needs. I primarily work with adult individuals with OCD, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and body image issues. I also work with women through their reproductive journeys with a concentration in infant loss and those navigating other medical conditions during pregnancy.
I am the Founder & President of Arkansas Maternal Coalition and certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ages 3-18), and Child Parent Psychotherapy (ages 0-6).
