I also specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy and postpartum, as well as assisting families in crisis and couples navigating uncertainty about their future.
I work with couples, families, and individuals of all backgrounds to help them focus energy on solving problems, connecting on an emotional level and being understood, and feeling peace in life. I use an attachment, trauma informed lens with my clients.
