I believe we can all can benefit from having somebody to talk to. Whether it be daily life stress, deeper traumas you have endured, anything in between, my role is to be a resource in your therapeutic journey. I have experience working with folks of all ages, however I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I'm experienced in supporting children and teens that present with social/behavioral/emotional concerns and children that are on the autism Spectrum. In working with children and teens, I additionally prioritize supporting parents in managing their experiences relating to the child's experiences.
My approach to counseling can be described as eclectic, taking the approaches that make the most sense for each individual. My graduate training was grounded in a trauma-informed lens that emphasizes an understanding of how our life experiences impact us, and I strive to provide a safe space to explore these matters.
