I also offer EMDR.

Moving forward often includes exploring your past, and understanding how it affects you now. We can process your pain, unlearn past behaviors, and gain deeper insight to who you truly are. In therapy, we don’t try to erase your wounds, but rather try to understand them and use them to create a world that you works for you.
