I specialize in working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood issues, grief and addiction.
I use person centered and strengths-based approaches when working with my clients to partner with them to identify what they want to work on, barriers, and how they want to move forward. Other evidence-based practices I utilize are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
