Welcome! I'm Kaitlyn (she/they), a clinical social worker (MSW, Supervisee in Social Work) dedicated to helping individuals find strength, healing, and connection in their lives. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, and I’m especially passionate about supporting adolescent girls, children, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself, she is devoted to providing affirmative care to queer and trans clients.
My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, empathy, and empowerment. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, or just feeling stuck, I believe that meaningful change is always possible — and you don’t have to face it alone.
If you're looking for a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore your challenges and goals, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
