I am a therapist who works primarily with adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, social challenges, and identity development. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and developmentally sensitive, with a strong emphasis on helping clients feel safe, understood, and respected in the therapy space.
I believe therapy works best when clients are met where they are, not where they are “supposed” to be. I focus on building genuine rapport and trust, often using creative, conversational, and experiential strategies—such as shared interests, and narrative exploration to reduce anxiety.
I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. I prioritize connection, safety, and honesty, and I work at a pace that feels manageable for each client. I enjoy helping clients make sense of their emotions, challenge negative self-beliefs, and learn how to advocate for themselves while building healthier relationships.
