I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state, primarily working with individuals 18+ looking for help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, trauma processing, and life transitions. My main goal is for you to feel genuinely accepted and supported as you work on goals that we create together. This client-centric approach allows me to ensure our sessions are tailored to your individual needs, as you work towards achieving changes you want to see in your life. Currently, offering virtual/ telehealth appointments with openings Monday - Thursday morning and afternoon.
I will work collaboratively with you, helping you use your personal strengths, develop new coping skills, and prioritize your self-care. To do this, I use a variety of humanistic approaches. These methods focus on positivity and open-mindedness, and put you at the center of your treatments, allowing your specific needs and goals to guide sessions.
I offer a safe, validating, and non-judgmental space for you to process, discover, and challenge yourself. I encourage you to take our time together for yourself, and I promise to support you in improving your mental health and work towards your life goals.
