If you are longing for a greater sense of inner peace, I may be able to help. I can guide you to bring curiosity to stuck points in your life, explore how those stuck points came to be, and learn skills to work with them with more ease. My approach is best suited for teens (13+), adults, and families struggling with low-self-esteem, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, bipolar disorder, neurodiversity, perinatal mental health, and trauma.
Through evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, I guide my clients to breathe, go slow to go fast, build on their personal strengths, understand the mindbody connection, and explore their unique meaning and purpose. I also offer specialized care for those interested in trauma processing, family therapy, and perinatal mental health.
It takes courage to ask for support, so I strive to provide treatment that is nonjudgmental, culturally competent, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. If you think we may be a good match, feel free to call or send me a message and we can set up a free 15 minute consultation call.
