I help individuals, couples, and families find healing, clarity, and connection. My approach is flexible and client-centered because therapy should fit you, not the other way around. I draw from EMDR, CBT, IFS, EFT, and Restoration Therapy, but I also love using creative interventions like sandtray, art, and play to make sessions engaging and meaningful.
