My approach to therapy begins with the belief that healing is possible and that connection is the foundation of change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Interns. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), evidence-based treatments for complex trauma and other painful experiences.
With many years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults through trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions, my goal is to provide a space where clients can show up exactly as they are, without pressure or judgment. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected, and this is the foundation she builds
