I received my bachelor's degree at the University of Georgia and two master's degrees from Marymount University in Forensic Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to general mental health problems, I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulties with problematic/unhealthy sexual behaviors. My goal is to provide the best care possible. Therefore, I adapt my therapeutic approach to best fit the needs of my clients. I believe that to enact change in our lives, it is vital to understand the impact our thoughts and emotions have on our behaviors. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
