I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and/or behavioral deficits. I enjoy offering a safe place for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings and also work towards their own therapeutic goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist. As a therapist, I describe myself as a person-centered clinician, meaning that the therapeutic process is "driven" by the client. Whether the art process is incorporated into treatment as an alternative method of self-expression is determined by the client.
