I work with emerging adults (ages 18-30) who want support and mentorship with navigating life at this stage. This is a life stage that is full of paradoxes. As you traverse the space between adolescence and adulthood, there can be possibilities, excitement, instability, and turmoil. This is only becoming more intense as our world is rapidly changing. You may be feeling somewhat depressed and lost, or perhaps anxious and worried about how life is unfolding. I work to create a warm, non-judgmental space where we can look at the challenges you face together.
We may focus on processing family of origin issues, resolving past traumas, exploring current friendship and relationship dynamics, strengthening your relationship with yourself, navigating dating, working towards financial health, discovering your unique gifts and figuring out how to contribute them to the world, and/or exploring spirituality and intuition
I have training in both EMDR and IFS. Please contact me for an initial consultation to see if we will be a good fit! I prefer that you email me a short description of what you hope to address in therapy.
