I am a children, adolescent and individual therapist who is passionate about helping my clients gain the skills and tools needed to overcome their traumas and to assist them in their growth to become the best version of themselves. I use a variety of modalities including Brainspotting, Art therapy, play therapy and traditional talk therapy. I work with issues including trauma, school issues, anxiety, depression, parenting, divorce, life transitions and grief and loss.
I believe that therapy modalities are not a one size fits all, which is why I prefer to utilize many modalities to create an individualized treatment plan best suited for your unique struggles and needs.
