About

Together we'll look at your life through a symbolic lens and help you to connect the dots of your psyche. We'll utilize discussion and/or art making and dream analysis to better understand relationship difficulties, patterns, and behaviors. Our work will involve fostering awareness, insight, integration, and wholeness.
My areas of specialty include relationship issues, disordered eating, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, body image, and addictions.
