The therapeutic relationship allows space for self-reflection while also helping to ground and validate your experiences. I love the concept of clients building maneuverability. Learning to handle whatever comes with grace, utilizing empowering psychoeducation and identifying coping skills that feel natural and comforting to you. I combine a variety of techniques from mindfulness to therapeutic interventions such a cognitive behavioral therapy.
I am experienced in working with a variety of issues including Anxiety, Attachment styles, building healthy relationships and much more. I enjoy working with people of any gender and sexuality.
