As a therapist, I work with a diverse range of clients ages 12+ and am affirming of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent identities. I focus on treating anxiety, trauma, OCD, & neurodivergence using a trauma-informed, integrative approach. I combine somatic-based practices with DBT, ACT, and ERP to support nervous system regulation and build sustainable coping skills tailored to your goals. My work is grounded in curiosity and humor.
