About
I specialize in working with children displaying significant behaviors, teens experiencing mood struggles, and parents navigating childhood mental health. I offer ongoing individual and family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, as well as trauma, play, art, and animal therapy.
Treatment encompasses evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Safety Planning, Behavioral Analysis, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Neuropsychology.
I value being able to actively listen, empathize, build relationships, develop trust, share knowledge, problem solve, and partner with you along this journey. When you are ready, please email or call me and we can discuss next steps.
