I particularly enjoy working with adults to address and manage their mental health concerns. My approach combines solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I incorporate person-centered techniques and psychoeducation to help clients discover their unique paths to well-being.
