Helping and serving others has always been a passion of mine. I believe that therapy begins when trust is built between the client and the counselor. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to come and feel heard, seen, and equipped to handle whatever life may throw at them. I primarily work with clients age 12 and older. I have several years of experience working with clients many different settings including inpatient psychiatric (crisis), residential treatment programs, utilization management, and private practice. Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, adjustment, self-esteem, grief/loss and family conflict.
My desire is to meet every client in the space between where they are and where they want to be. We can work together to help you achieve your goals and to help you live a happier more fulfilled life.
