Making Room: Caregivers Virtual Therapy Group
If you’re caring for a partner, parent, child, or family member and feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or alone, this group offers emotional support and connection. We focus on the real experience of caregiving, including burnout, grief, boundaries, resentment, and love — without pressure to be positive or “do it better.” You don’t need to be in crisis or have the right words. This is a space where caregivers receive care, too. Virtual group begins January 7, 2026.

This group is for men who want a space to talk honestly about stress, relationships, anger, loneliness, identity, and emotional overwhelm. The group offers connection, support, and reflection in a respectful, nonjudgmental setting. We focus on real-life challenges, not quick fixes or performance. Build community with other men and masc-identifying folks. In-person in Highland Park, L.A. Adult men. Ongoing enrollment.
