I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the field. I practice focusing on client self-awareness and their understanding of how the past has influenced the present. It is my goal to provide a safe environment for us to explore what it is you need to move forward in your personal journey. While it is not always easy, we will work together towards self reflection and empowerment identifying strengths and abilities to build a foundation for a more enriched life.
Using a range of theoretical models of counseling, developmental psychology and mindfulness, it is my goal to help you see changes that will have an impact on how you interact with the world. At this time, I am only providing individual therapy; however, will be looking forward to opening my services up to in office visits.
