Relationships are messy! Have you ever felt like falling (and staying) in love should not be this hard? Do you seem to have the same argument over and over again? You may even feel hopeless looking at wading through all the resentment that has piled up over time. Sometimes we just feel stuck in our relationships, spinning our tires and getting nowhere, and need someone to help us get moving again. I love to come alongside couples who feel stuck in their relationships, and help get them moving forward again!
In my work, I blend together Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (focusing on connection and trust), attachment theory (how our early relationships impacted us), Somatic Experiencing (body-based work), and a trauma-informed approach (hard things matter). My overall goal is to equip you to keep your relationship moving forward and work myself out of the job!
