Taking the step to seek help is no easy act. It takes courage! You're doing a scary thing and I applaud you for it. Welcome. Coming to therapy takes collaboration, consistency, and an open mind. I believe that in working together in an authentic and curious way, we can figure out ways to meet your needs and overcome obstacles. I work with individuals looking for change and a desire to break free from the burden of impossible standards.
I provide therapy for adults and teens. I have experience doing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I trained under the supervision of an eating disorder specialist. Most of my training and experience is in grief/loss, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I use a variety of methods to work on issues with clients.
My goal is to create a safe, accepting space for my clients where they feel comfortable to show all parts of themselves and feel understood. Together we can explore what is getting in the way of you feeling empowered, confident, and happy.
