I work with individuals looking for change and a desire to break free from the burden of impossible standards.
I provide therapy for adults and teens. I have experience doing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Most of my training and experience is in grief/loss, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I’m EMDR and IFS trained.
My goal is to create a safe, accepting space for my clients where they feel comfortable to show all parts of themselves and feel understood. Together we can explore what is getting in the way of you feeling empowered, confident, and happy.
