They want a space where they can be fully themselves without judgment, while also gaining clarity, stability, and practical tools.
I offer a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed therapy space that balances deep validation with forward movement. My style is person-centered and empowering, meaning we’ll move at your pace, collaborate on goals, and focus on what helps you feel safer, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
