I work with teens (13+) and adults who feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I use CBT and mindfulness to strengthen emotional regulation, increase insight into patterns, and address the root of distress so growth feels meaningful, practical, and sustainable over time.
