My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported, while also being gently challenged to grow in the ways that matter most to you. In my practice, I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorder, grief, low self-esteem, anger management, ADHD, addiction, OCD, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, and more. Many of the people I work with are trying to better understand themselves, break patterns that no longer serve them, or make meaningful changes in their lives.
Together, we identify what feels stuck, clarify what matters most to you, and develop creative, individualized solutions. I’m especially interested in how early life experiences shape our present realities. Often, the ways we learned to cope early in life made sense at the time, but may not be serving us now.
Through a values-based lens, I help clients reconnect with what’s important to them and build lives that feel more aligned, intentional, and authentic. Therapy with me is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Each person’s story is unique, and our work together will reflect that.
