I am a pre-professional in play therapy! I am here to help you through the challenges that life gives you.
Why play therapy?
Play is the child’s natural language. We as adults can talk about feelings because we have learned how to process the world. Your child processes the world around us with limited knowledge on the words to use for their emotions or experiences.
You will help your child through consistent caregiving. Though we are playing in the playroom, you are still a partner in this process!
My background allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment where growth and healing can occur. My therapeutic method centers on nurturing the complete individual, embracing both strengths and difficulties. We will develop useful strategies together for managing feelings of being overwhelmed.
