Hi I'm Kaitlin! I specialize in supporting teens, students and young adults who are navigating the complex challenges of adolescence and adulthood. From dealing with anxiety, stress, and depression to overcoming self-esteem challenges, I understand how overwhelming this can be.
If you're struggling with self esteem, experiencing relationship conflicts, or feeling lost in the midst of life transitions, I'm here to support you. My favorite part about therapy is helping people get to know themselves better, and I believe so much healing can be done through our relationship with ourselves.
