I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety-related disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) interventions, chronic worry, and difficulties building meaningful relationships. Many of the clients I work with feel consumed by their thoughts or stuck in patterns they can't seem to break.
With over five years of experience across intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and crisis settings, I bring a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we’ll build tools for managing anxiety, improving emotional connections, and stepping into a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.
