I operate from a client-centered and holistic perspective, trusting that clients are the experts on their own life and experiences. Because everyone is on their own unique journey, I draw from different styles and techniques to best match your needs, including EMDR, mindfulness, ACT, or more expressive methods like art and yoga. I am a firm believer in the power of authenticity, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels welcoming and nonjudgmental. My specialization is in trauma treatment, integrating painful experiences and growing beyond the difficult things that have happened to us. I help clients to befriend their nervous system rather than fighting against it. I am also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, am poly-affirming, and have experience with writing letters for gender affirming care.
