While trained and teaching a variety of interventions and therapies, I specialize in trauma therapy (specifically EMDR Therapy), relationship counseling, and short-term solution-focused work.

My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.

Dr. Levi Armstrong is a doctoral-level, clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in testing and treatment for children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults suffering from diseases and illnesses affecting the brain. Common diagnoses evaluated for include ADHD or ADD, autism or Asperger's, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia. With a down-to-earth attitude and a genuine desire to be as clinically helpful as possible, our compassionate clinical staff believe that each patient is much more than a diagnosis and that testing should always be a therapeutic process.

I am a board-certified Neuropsychologist through the American Board of Professional Psychology specializing in Psychological and Neuropsychological testing. I was the Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist on active duty in Department of Defense until retirement after 26 years total military service. As a retired U. S. Army Major, I administer Psychological testing for PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury. I administer testing for Dementia, Alzheimer’s, ADHD/ADD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety and other Psychological and Neuropsychological Disorders.

My clients are ideally willing to openly explore how current and past life stressors contribute to learned behavior patterns that may be ineffective and influence day-to-day suffering. Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Fusco received his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military and Veterans Services. Theoretical approaches to providing care include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eclectic Psychotherapy.
