At Acorn to Oak I offer testing to clients ranging from preschool age through adulthood. Are you a parent whose child is struggling in school? Are you an adult worried about your cognitive processes due to a health event, accident, or family history of dementia? I offer testing to figure out what's going on and then recommend treatment options. Additionally, we offer a unique Skills Training program for clients to come weekly for cognitive behavior therapy, individualized academic assistance, or focused training based on behavorial, developmental, or life skills needs.

I provide neuropsychological testing to children, adolescents and young adults to give an overview of cognitive abilities to determine individual strengths and weaknesses. These abilities include: Intellectual Functioning (IQ); Academic Achievement; Learning & Memory; Attention & Executive Functioning; Language & Phonological Processing; Visual-Spatial Skills & Visual-Motor Integration; Fine Motor Coordination; Adaptive Functioning; Emotional & Behavioral Functioning; Social Skills & Pragmatic (Social) Language. Using these results, I can help coordinate care with your child's other medical providers, suggest school recommendations (including IEP/504 Plans), and provide referrals to specialists and professionals that can help your child maximize his or her functioning and potential.

We offer a comprehensive 2-day brain-based assessment along with three-month follow-up and treatment planning.

I am a clinical psychologist specializing in adult neuropsychological assessment. I completed my Pre Doctoral Internship at the Indiana Neuroscience Institute and Post Doctoral Fellowship with Neuropsychological Services, P.C., working closely with the Brain Injury Waiver Program through the Department of Human Services' Office of Rehabilitation Services. Post Doctoral work also included inpatient and outpatient evaluation and differential diagnosis of various psychiatric, neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.
