I am particularly interested in working with men's issues as well as stress management, self-esteem, post-divorce parenting, and career burnout/ career coaching. I am also experienced in working with senior adults and families dealing with issues related to aging, life transitions, and memory difficulties.

Therapy is client centered addressing issues causing distress. I have been in practice for 25 years and I am licensed in Texas and Georgia. Focus is on development of skills to improve quality of life exploring influence of family of origin and self defeating behaviors that get in the way of the process of change. My behavioral health work began in 1988, with adolescents and their families, branching into extremely effective work with addictions and couples counseling. I am trained in EMDR & Brainspotting (BSP), a very fast paced healing process for all types of trauma, PTSD, abuse issues, anxiety, overwhelming emotions, grief issues and cravings. I work most quickly with athletes suffering from mental blocks, injuries and other issues inhibiting performance even though the injury is completely healed. Many of my athletic clients have completed in just a two hour session.
