I'm a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed psychologist. I am the Director of Behavioral Health team at Centric Physicians in San Antonio. Clinically, my role is to perform advanced and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of adults to help diagnose, and assist with treatment of brain degenerative diseases (dementia), traumatic brain injury, and other brain pathology. I provide services in post-acute and sub-acute care facilities in San Antonio. In addition, I do forensic assessments to help lawyers and judges answer psycholegal questions.

I have been successful in the past with all manner of clients through many different settings – male, female, transgender, heterosexual, LGBTQ+, in inpatient, outpatient, technician, assessment, or even consulting settings. I also really enjoy working with teens and adolescents, since early brain-based interventions help everyone succeed even more in their lifetime. I find that my personality and style seem to fit best with clients who feel they are trapped in a negative routine, have no one with which to talk, or no way out of the situation from which they suffer.

Dr. Heather Ingram, originally from Chicago, obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University in Schaumburg, Illinois. Throughout her training, Dr. Ingram worked in a variety of settings around Chicago including Elgin Mental Health Center on the Unfit to Stand Trial Unit, Bridge View-Challenger Therapeutic Day School, Women In Need Growing Stronger domestic violence shelter, and Gateway Foundation residential substance abuse treatment center. During her work in Boston, Dr. Ingram worked at Walden Behavioral Care eating disorder clinic, where she worked in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care.
