Thus, I am passionate about building critical consciousness, self-awareness, and self-confidence to counteract oppression and live in the world with empowerment and authenticity. I am a professional counselor motivated to help people with mental health issues incorporate spiritual practices into their help, hope and healing. I have been practicing in both secular and Christian environments since 2003 and have developed a private counseling practice to help Christians work out mind, body and soul issues in a professional, nurturing and caring environment. I believe that healing from loss is possible.
