Women's Self-Esteem Group
We have 2 groups - one for women in their 20's-30's, another for women in their 40's-50's who have not realized their worth and therefore have not reached their highest potential. Generally family of origin issues have contributed to areas of emotional or interpersonal challenge. The group is a safe place to reveal one's deepest fears among peers who have had similar experiences and to use the support of the group to practice new behaviors in a deliberate and self-determined manner to create one's self and one's life.

Coping with Life
This group of women in their 50's through 60's have had severe trauma in their lives and are the strongest most fragile women you know. Their survival skills are unparalleled, yet they too need love and care and healing. This long term group allows participants to learn healthier coping skills, reparent themselves and redefine interpersonal boundaries and emotional intimacy within the safe, supportive environment of group therapy.
