I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of clinical experience helping clients with a variety of issues including relational problems, trauma, depression, stress and anxiety disorders, life transitions, low self-esteem, partner betrayal, substance abuse, sexual dysfunction, and compulsive behaviors. My therapy is client-centered, strengths-based and solution-focused. I provide both individual and couples therapy.

With over 40 years in recovery, and a Zen and Yoga practice, my approach is collaborative and heart-centered. Together we explore how you may live a richer more meaningful life. In addition to CG Jung, influences include Marion Woodman, Robert Johnson, Martin Seligman, and Mihaly Csíkszentmihályi. I work with creative people:artists, film makers, writers, and musicians. Our journey together is about healing past wounds & shedding the negative beliefs that are keeping you stuck & away from the joy that is your innate right to experience. The struggle to lesson anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria and/or the pain of past traumas has led many of my clients to self-sooth through a variety of ways including eating, smoking, drinking, gaming, & toxic relationships. Through therapy, including EMDR and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, my clients not only get unstuck, they soar.
