Hello! I help moms who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who they are now that motherhood has changed everything. Whether you're dealing with postpartum emotions, the mental load, or missing the old you, I can help you reconnect with yourself and feel more in control of your emotions and your life.
I also work with professionals, often helping professionals, who overextend themselves and then come home too drained to be present with their families. If you're struggling with burnout, people-pleasing, or setting boundaries, we’ll work together to build healthier patterns so you have more energy for what truly matters.
I value the trust and connection we build together. Many of my clients stay with me, not just because of the results, but because they feel truly seen and supported. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and trauma-informed care, including mind-body techniques and nervous system education, depending on what fits you best.
