With over six years of experience in the helping profession and 2.5 years of clinical work as a therapist, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan—from children as young as five to caregivers in their seventies—providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique journey.
I am especially passionate about helping adolescents and young adults manage anxiety, build healthier communication patterns, and navigate life transitions.
