I work with adults in Arizona who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in painful relational patterns. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they are carrying too much for too long and are ready for real relief and change. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, relational wounds, emotional abuse, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or burnout. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.
I am EMDR-trained and integrate approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), EFT, and other evidence-based modalities tailored to your needs. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. We will work together to identify what is keeping you stuck and develop a clear path toward healing.
I currently offer virtual therapy throughout Arizona and accept Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I have immediate openings and welcome new clients.
