Hello! Are you concerned about a child or teen in your life? Or yourself? I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults and families to increase and sustain both individual growth and connection with others. I am an Associate Social Worker (ASW) who received her Masters in Social Work from CSU San Marcos and have a diverse experience providing treatment in various settings: residential care, inpatient hospitalization programs, elementary, middle, and high school settings, and various community-based services.
I take a strengths-based approach to counseling and utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem, adjustment, and stress. I am confident no matter your stress you are facing, counseling can help! I look forward to meeting you soon.
I joined Grow Through Life Counseling Murrieta team in 2023 to provide individual and family counseling to children, teens and families in a supportive environment.
