We’ll look at the beliefs you’ve carried—often quietly—and how they shape the way you see yourself, others, and the world. For many people, spirituality is part of that worldview, and I welcome that into the room when it feels meaningful to you.
I offer both pastoral and traditional counseling, depending on what feels right for you. I currently offer virtual therapy only, which can make counseling more accessible and flexible or if you simply prefer the comfort of your own space.
