About
My clients are often creative, compassionate people who are experiencing stress and anxiety, may be working through relational traumas, or are curious about how to foster a greater sense of self-esteem and self-awareness. Many of my clients are new to therapy and are looking for a safer space to examine areas of dissatisfaction or distress in their lives. I particularly enjoy working with women in male-dominated industries - such as entertainment, tech, and law - and folx in relationship minorities, including poly communities.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and honors all bodies and identities. I specialize in supporting clients as they explore how to establish healthy boundaries, coping styles, and communication skills that feel authentic and sustainable. Ultimately, my hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported.
Our work will be guided by curiosity, and I will do my best to support you as you move closer towards your own definition of healing. With honesty, compassion, and humor, we will work together to better understand how you got to where you are so that you can continue to build a life, and relationship with yourself, that feels good for you.
