I have education and experience treating a variety of diagnoses and concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, relationship/family concerns, and overall growth.
My approach is rooted in the therapeutic relationship and creating an authentic and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insights, embrace their resilience, and move toward impactful change. I utilize an integrative, trauma-informed approach, combining evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as, CBT, DBT, Brainspotting
