Welcome! I believe in a collaborative approach between therapist and client. I combine psychoeducation, skill building, and empathy, to empower you to reach your therapeutic goals. I am passionate about supporting clients on individual and group levels, having experience working with ages ranging from adolescents to adults. I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing dual diagnosis and substance use, as well as depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.
I utilize a humanistic and client-centered approach to promote trust, comfort, and meeting your needs in a culturally competent manner. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Harm Reduction.
I care about fostering an environment where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable. I am available to see new clients with BCBS, UBH, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, or self-pay, or assist in referring you to other clinicians at our practice to find the best fit!
