Relationships are foundational in our lives. As a relational therapist, I work with both couples and individuals from an attachment-based lens. I utilize my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method to help couples improve communication, address their underlying negative cycle, and create new ways of connecting with deeper emotional bonds. As a trained Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist (DARTT), I approach every client with compassion and curiosity as to how their unique relational histories have shaped them and work to help heal core wounds from the past.
I also specialize in couples therapy intensives called Marathon Couples Therapy. In this approach, I work with you for 2 or 3 consecutive days for a total of 10-18 hours. This method gives us the ability to detach from the traditional therapy clock and address your relationship needs and goals much quicker and often with more success than in weekly sessions.
