Many of the folks I work with have experienced trauma in some form and are searching for meaning, identity, or connection in its aftermath. Often, they come to me when they’re ready to go beyond coping and begin the deeper work of self-discovery. Together we will explore the full spectrum of the human experience—from identity and sexuality to boundaries, creative expression, spirituality, and confronting those inner dragons like fear and anxiety. I'm an eclectic, humanistic, depth-oriented therapist who views the relationship as central to healing. I am humanistic in nature and blend approaches like EMDR, IFS, ACT, and Expressive Arts Therapy based on your needs. Therapy with me is flexible, creative, and grounded in the belief that this space is sacred, and your story matters.
